The A.S.A.P Method™ is designed for busy people. While there's no minimum amount of practise required, my goal is to make practising actually FUN so it isn't a chore to sit down with the guitar. Each lesson requires maybe 15-20 minutes of practice to remember the patterns and shapes so you'll see progress even with limited practice time.
The other thing you'll notice is that once you start to see progress, finding time to practice becomes less of a problem. When it's fun and not a chore you'll find the time much easier!
